Choosing “Natty Builds” to renovate our mid-century, architecturally designed home was the best decision we could have made.
We needed a building company that could come up with solutions when our complex build did not run to plan, and they were more than equipped to deal with all the intricacies of the renovation.
Their communication was second to none, and before work started we had clear timelines outlining the stages of the build and when each trade would be on site.
We were constantly updated as the renovation progressed, which lessened the stress of the build for us.
Onsite, the building and trade team was expertly managed, timeframes were adhered to, and when decisions needed to be made, we were never faced with a change that they did not already have a solution for.
All our design requirements were executed perfectly, and they were flexible when required.
We are absolutely thrilled with our renovation. The work that took place was perfectly executed, and their workmanship cannot be faulted.
The modernisation of our home has not only made it a more comfortable place to live, but has also added significant value.
In fact, we loved working with Natty Builds so much that we engaged them for a second renovation.
Natty Builds is a friendly, reliable, and solution-driven team who we highly recommend if you are considering any sort of building work in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Hayden and Megan at Natty Builds.
The work itself was executed to a very high standard, and the communication on the job and more formally through the office was highly professional.
All the way through, Megan and Hayden worked closely with us and kept us fully informed.
As the project continued they explained options in ways we could understand, and we quickly gained confidence in the advice they gave us on the decisions we needed to make.
We are thrilled with the outcome and we warmly recommend Natty Builds to anyone looking for a quality job.

I now have a lovely new ensuite bathroom, thanks to the very professional and caring Natty Builds.
What seemed so daunting to me - the demolition of the existing old and tired ensuite, selecting new fittings, and dealing with a carpenter, plumber, electrician and painter - was made so easy with Hayden and Megan.
They gave excellent advice and coordinated all the tradies.
Their team was delightful, friendly and very capable.
Communication was excellent.
I highly recommend Natty Builds.

I was really happy working with Hayden and Megan.
Hayden did a great job building a new shed, deck, and porch, as well as replacing the bathroom floor after a leak, new piles, and new windows.
Communication and clear pricing from Megan were excellent, especially when issues came up during the work on my 120-year old villa.
Everyone was friendly, capable, and easy to deal with.
I’m very happy with how it all turned out.

We were recommended Natty Builds by a friend to carry out the renovation of our lounge and toilet, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
The project was originally scheduled to be completed in seven weeks, but the team finished everything in just five weeks. The quality of the workmanship was just as outstanding and exactly what we had hoped for.
We also really appreciated the clear and consistent communication throughout the project. We were kept well informed about the work being carried out by all of the different trades, which gave us complete peace of mind and meant we never had to worry about what was happening.
We would happily recommend Natty Builds to our family, friends and neighbours.

Having known Hayden and Megan through family connections, when it came to my kitchen renovation I decided to use Natty Builds as my main contractor and project manager.
From my earliest contact regarding demolition and scope of works to the final project handover pack, I found Hayden and Megan professional in their communication of what was required of me and the progress made on a weekly basis. They are both very approachable and answered any concerns I had, having had no prior experience of what happens in a renovation.
The awareness of the team working in an apartment building was evident from the beginning, where liaison with the body corporate and consideration to neighbours was given and appreciated.
The project was handled very professionally on a daily basis (as needed), and weekly updates were given outlining where the project was at, what had been completed and next steps.
Megan needed to co-ordinate with several sub-trades and this was seamlessly done. She was also helpful in some of the design elements and a calming influence when I didn’t understand processes!
While I didn’t have a lot of contact with the team on site, the area was always swept and left tidy after a day’s work. And my neighbours commented to me how friendly they all were.
I highly recommend Natty Builds.
